Everything in the world exists to end up in a book.

About This Quote

In the world of books, there is so much diversity. In a book, you have fiction mixing with nonfiction, poetry with essays, and even horror stories. There are so many different ways to present a story that it would be silly to think that a book is just a book. Instead, a book is the ultimate expression of the writer.

The same way a story can be presented in different ways, the same goes for the writer. Every writer brings their own style to their work and they stand out from everyone else because of it. For example, take the writing of William Faulkner (1897–1962).

His writing style can be described as “unabashed” and he uses words like “pompous” and “obscene.” Even though we might not like his style, we can’t deny that he has made his mark on literature and that his writing delivers an impact like no other.
